New Improvements

We are proud to announce that we are currently working on the following improvements:

  • Car park resurfacing.
  • New mega-flow systems to improve the hot water.
  • New superfast fibre to all flats.
  • More cycle storage.

We are also looking into any other improvements beneficial to the estate subject to the availability of funds.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Ladybur Housing. There is nothing I would ask of them to change. All in all I’m very happy.

What I really like about living here is that it’s a safe environment. You feel safe and secure with the gates, CCTV and good neighbours.

I like that the improvements are ongoing as we all had new windows and doors fitted a few years ago and the exterior of the flats are regularly painted to keep them looking fresh and new.
