Climate change is rapidly becoming the central topic of the day. At a time when the world is fast changing, the question is, are electric vehicles the way forward?

We think so, and in preparation, Ladybur Housing is currently in talks with manufacturers and providers of electric vehicle chargers as we endeavour to upgrade our car parking facilities for the future.

The bottom line is that some tenants are already leaning towards electric vehicles, and we think if the infrastructure is provided now, it will make the decision easier for those tenants who are thinking about the transition from petrol driven to electric or hybrid vehicles.
